According to a source, Taylor Swift’s parents will not attend Arrowhead Stadium Monday after canceling their visit to Travis Kelce’s family.

The pop star, 33, is missing her NFL boyfriend and the Chiefs’ Super Bowl rematch against her childhood team, the Philadelphia Eagles, after rescheduling one of her Ears Tour shows from Saturday to Monday night in Rio de Janeiro due to extreme heat after a fan died before her concert on Friday.

Despite earlier claims that they will supervise their daughter’s boyfriend, Andrea and Scott Swift will also be away.

It would have been the Swifts’ first game and they would have met Kelce’s parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, a key step in his courtship with the pop diva.

Her parents apparently thought it ‘didn’t make sense’ to meet the Kelces without the singer due to her delayed gig. This season’s Super Bowl will be replayed on Monday Night Football at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City between the Chiefs and Eagles.

In Week 11, Travis and the Chiefs face his brother Jason and Philadelphia in a significant game for the Kelce family.
