Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift’s new boyfriend, reveals how he met her.

“I don’t know if I want to get into all of it,” Kelce told WSJ. Magazine before revealing their relationship. Swift and Kelce have been spotted together since October. 

Kelce mentioned on his podcast this summer that he might like Swift. He saw her perform at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City in July. “She had individuals who knew me in her corner who yelled, ‘Yo! Were you aware of his arrival?” Kelce told outlet. “I had somebody playing Cupid.”

Kelce was not privy to any matchmaking until he received a text from Swift herself. “She told me exactly what was going on and how I got lucky enough to get her to reach out,” claimed he. 

“She’ll probably hate me for saying this, but… when she came to Arrowhead, they gave her the big locker room as a dressing room, and her little cousins were taking pictures… in front of my locker,” he said of his “in” with Swift’s gang. 

Swift has been seen with Kelce multiple times. “When I met her in New York,” he added of a public event, “we had already kind of been talking, so I knew we could have a nice dinner and, like, a conversation, and what goes from there will go from there.” 

Kelce says his inner circle urged him not to mess with Swift from the start. Everyone told me, “Don’t f— this up!” I sit here saying, “Yes—got it.”

Chiefs tight end claims he did it by not saying anything risky to the media. “That was the biggest thing to me: make sure I don’t push Taylor away,” he told the site.

“Obviously I’ve never dated anybody with that aura… “I’ve never dealt with Swift’s fame,” Kelce remarked. “I’m not avoiding anything, though… Paparazzi outside her house, every restaurant she visits, and after every airplane she lands, and she’s just living and enjoying life. I must not behave odd when she does.”

Swift also has a similar family relationship to Kelce. Why they align. “Everybody knows I’m a family guy,” stated he. “Her family is her team. Her family does a lot of tour, marketing, and being around, so I think she shares those ideals, which I like.” 

Early this month, Kelce met Swift’s father, Scott, in Argentina. The athlete attended Swift’s international Eras Tour. After the show, onlookers filmed the couple kissing passionately. 

Travis was excited to hear Swift perform “Blank Space,” her powerful song from “1989.”

“I could make a bad guy good for the weekend. That sentence is crazy “he stated of her song lyrics. Both seem to like similar music. Kelce’s pal told WSJ. Magazine that Kelce and Swift sang together one night at Kelce’s house. “There was some wine involved, for sure,” Kelce remarked of singing Wheatus’ “Teenage Dirtbag”.
