Reasons Taylor Swift didn’t attend Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” movie premiere

Beyoncé was accompanied by A-listers for the world premiere of her “Renaissance” concert video, including Lizzo, Kelly Rowland, and Lori Harvey, but one well-known figure was conspicuously missing from the festivities.

At the star-studded gala on Saturday night at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, California, Taylor Swift was conspicuously absent.

One month after the 42-year-old “Halo” singer made an unexpected cameo on the red carpet for Swift’s “Eras Tour” movie debut, the film premiere got underway.

When Beyoncé posed for pictures with Swift at the time, the latter commended her for her “generosity of spirit.”

She was performing in a São Paulo concert the night of Beyoncé’s film premiere, and she is presently in the middle of her Eras Tour’s South American leg.

Instructing guests to arrive quickly on the “chrome carpet” and follow a dress code of “cozy opulence,” the event’s specifics were kept under wraps.

Halle Bailey, Ava DuVernay, Tyler Perry, and Gabrielle Union were among the other guests.

A few weeks prior, following their viewing of Beyoncé’s concert film in The Grove in Los Angeles with over 2,000 admirers, Swift posted an emotional tribute to the singer on Instagram.

“I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce’s influence,” she said as the caption for a photo that showed the two legendary pop artists enjoying a tub of popcorn while seated side by side in a theater.

She continued, praising the former member of Destiny’s Child for her “rule-breaking and industry-defying spirit, resilience, and versatility,” as well as “the way she’s taught [Swift] and every artist to do so.”

Since then, she has continued her wildly popular Eras Tour, performing across Brazil and Argentina.

She seemed to be in a good mood when she addressed the crowd on Friday night, her first night in São Paulo’s Allianz Parque stadium.

She yelled, “You went ahead and broke the stadium attendance record,” according to USA Today. This indicates that this number of persons has never before been in this room. I am grateful, São Paulo.

The performance happened exactly one week after Ana Clara Benevides, a young fan, passed away while being transported to the hospital from her front row seat due to the intense heat.

Swift decided not to travel home to the US to spend Thanksgiving with her new boyfriend Travis Kelce, instead staying in Brazil after having to postpone a gig because of the intense heat.

She was also struggling with the deep sadness brought on by Benevides’ passing, an insider revealed to Page Six exclusively.

“The concerts in Brazil…” The source told us that she is distraught at the death of a fan.

“The weather is very severe.” It’s not the chaos she was expecting. It’s been a horrifying encounter. There has been a lot.
