Lil Wayne isn’t keeping his thoughts regarding his wax figure bottled up.
The 41-year-old rapper, whose true nаme is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., recently discussed his impressions on his wax figure at the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Hollywood Wax Museum.
I’m sorry, but that’s not who I am, wax museum! You made an attempt, though, and I appreciate that, he commented on Monday on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Since at least the summer of 2022, when a video of the statue was originally uploaded on TikTоk and has recently gained widespread attention, Lil Wayne’s wax figure has been on exhibit at the Hollywood Wax Museum.
This follows Dwayne Johnson’s Instagram revelation that he recently got in touch with the Grévin Museum in Paris to alter the skin tone of his own wax statue.
Reposting comedian James Andre Jefferson Jr.’s video on Sunday, the 51-year-old actor made fun of the wax figure’s lighter skin tone in comparison to Johnson. The display was launched on October 16 and since then, the figure has drawn criticism.
The Black Adam star added, “I knew my boy @jamesjeffersonj had this Rock wax statue in his roasting crosshairs .” Are you feeling the same way as you did when you lost the Little Mermaid? I laughed so hard at this ❝🏾.
