It’s evident from Taylor Swift that “It’s Really Nice to Have a Friend.”
According to a Daily Mail article, the pop diva and her fiancé Travis Kelce visited Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ Kansas City home on Tuesday.
According to the outlet, Kelce arrived at the estate in his Rolls-Royce Ghost, while Swift was driven there with a few security guards.
After spending a few hours in the $8 million mansion, Swift and Kelce went back to Kelce’s $6 million residence.
The Mahomes’ son Bronze’s first birthday was celebrated the day before the visit to the house occurred, however it’s unknown if Swift or Kelce attended that event.
Swift and the Chiefs quarterback’s wife have become close over the previous few months, and their visit to the house was their most recent opportunity to spend time together.
In a suite at Arrowhead Stadium on October 22, during a Chiefs-Chargers game, Mahomes and Swift exchanged a covert embrace while Kansas City successfully crossed the goal line through a 46-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
A few days later, Patrick Mahomes discussed how he and Kelce must devise unique maneuvers to outshine the other duo on a local sports radio program.
Me and Travis don’t even have a handshake yet, so I need to talk to him,” Mahomes said in October to Kansas City’s KCSP 610 AM.
They’re ahead of us, in other words. Therefore, in order to try to outshine them, we’re going to have to get on the whiteboard and design out a handshake.
As their connection grew, Swift and Brittany started “texting each other even when it’s not game day,” according to a TMZ article from the end of October.
In November, pictures posted to Brittany’s Instagram showed the two toasting champagne alongside Lyndsay Bell, the wife of Chiefs tight end Blake Bell, and Paige Buechele, the wife of Bills quarterback Shane Buechele, a former Kansas City player.
Conversely, the Chiefs recovered this past Sunday, defeating the rival Raiders 31-17 in an AFC West game. Mahomes completed 298 yards of passing, 91 of which found their way into the hands of Kelce, who hauled in six catches.
In the process, Swift liked a celebratory Instagram post the Chiefs made to mark the achievement, and Kelce became the fastest tight end in NFL history to reach 11,000 receiving yards.
