Anthony Davis acquired a domicile in Los Angeles in the immediate aftermath of finalizing a $190 million contract with the organization several months earlier. The Real Deal reports that the Chicago native paid an exоrbitant price for a home in Bel Air Crest, a guard-gated neighborhood in the highlands located between Bel Air and the San Fernando Valley.
Constructed between the late 1980s and early 1990s, Bel Air Crest features two hundred residences in the Mediterranean style, each featuring its driveway entrance. Kanye West, Gordon Ramsay, Kathy Gryphon, and Kim Kardashian all resided in Bel Air Crest while their Hidden Hills megamansion was under construction.
Public records indicate that Davis paid $31 million for his newly constructed residence, which he financed with a $20.1 million mortgage. His residence was never mentioned in the listing. Perched atop a 3.5-acre promontory, the 20,000-square-foot mansion provides awe-inspiring panoramas of Catalina Island and the Pacific Ocean. It is the most expansive and luxurious dwelling in the vicinity.
Property documents indicate that the eight-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bathroom residence was constructed in 2010 by the local family Changs. Ted Foxman, a real estate developer and former semiconductor entrepreneur, acquired the immaculately symmetrical edifice for $10 million in 2016.
It could be most accurately characterized as a fusion of European and international influences on the White House chateau style. Foxman then devoted milliоns of dollars to restoring the expansive property’s interiors and landscape, which are now vibrant and verdant.
