Lil Wayne’s memory loss has left most of his life in a haze.
The New Orleans rapper revealed that he can’t recall which of his own tracks were on which of his well-known albums in a recent interview with Rolling Stone on Friday.
“I don’t know ‘Tha Carter III,’ ‘Tha Carter II,’ or ‘Tha Carter One’ from ‘Tha Carter IV,'” he admitted.
Wayne, forty, continued by saying that his initiatives have “no significance” for him because he can’t recall them.
And that is my God’s unadulterated, pure word. You could lie if you asked me about a certain music since I wouldn’t even know what you were talking about.
Using “Tha Carter III” as an example, the rapper known as “Lollipop” asserted that his memory loss is so bad that he is unable to even recall the dates of the release of his albums.
“That’s how much I don’t know,” Wayne remarked before putting up one hypothesis about why his memory loses important knowledge.
“I work every day, bro—every single day,” said “A Milli,” a rapper. Furthermore, I always think of it as a component of both the blessing and the curse.
According to Wayne, the benefit of having a poor memory is that he was endowed with a “amazing mind” that allowed him to write such hits in the first place.
He told Rolling Stone, “I think God gave me this amazing mind, but He would not give [me] an amazing memory to remember this amazing s–t.”
Accоrding tо repоrts, Wayne has a medical backgrоund that includes a prоtracted figҺt with epilepsy.
Accоrding tо Rоlling Stоne, the “Sucker fоr Pаin” rapper had tо pоstpоne a perfоrmance in Las Vegas in 2017 due tо many seizures. At the time, he was allegedly discоvered cоmatоse in his hоtel rооm in Chicagо.
