Kanye West and Timothée Chalamet among stars in attendance at LA Lakers Christmas Day contest against Boston Celtics

On Christmas Day Monday, Timothée Chalamet and Kanye West were among the notable individuals in attendance at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles to witness the hometown Lakers lose by a score of 126-115 to the Boston Celtics.

West, 46, plodded forward emotionlessly toward the downtown Los Angeles venue while being surrounded by admirers vying for autographs and photos.

Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kanye West, was attired in an elaborate black leather overcoat, a black T-shirt, and a purple sweatshirt that was pulled over his head.

Since more than a year ago, when he repeatedly expressed antisemitic views and praised Adolf Hitler, resulting in the loss of several lucrative partnerships, West has experienced a degree of decline in public attention. 

Chalamet celebrates his birthday Wednesday

West has had a hectic month, as he attempted to sell a Malibu property, was spotted at Disneyland with his wife Bianca Censori and 10-year-old daughter North, and was accompanied by Will Smith on his way back from the Middle East.  

On his way to the game, Chalamet, 27, who will turn 27 on Wednesday, appeared to be more receptive to admirers by posing for photographs with them. 

An admirer approached the Wonka actor for a photograph while he was gesticulating a peace sign. 

A gray long-sleeved sweatshirt, sweatpants, white sneakers, and a New York Yankees baseball cap framed the Oscar-nominated actor’s disheveled hair.

Flea, co-founder of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, wore a knit cap and a purple ensemble to show her support for the native team.

On the special occasion, he was observed carrying his one-year-old son, whom he had attired in purple and yellow. 

In addition to reality star and Lakers alum Lamar Odom and his wife Gloria Govan, other notable attendees at the holiday sporting event included Lakers alum Trevor Ariza, DJ Zack Bia, soccer star Eduardo Camavinga, and Internet personalities Corinna Kopf and David Dobrik. 

West plodded forward without expression as he was mobbed by fans seeking autographs and selfies as he made his way toward the downtown Los Angeles venue.
