People have been calling themselves the “Michael Jordan” of stuff for decades. It was a simple way to sum up that you were the finest of the best. However, the term may be changing given that Jordan and Lebron have been engaged in a protracted basketball GOAT argument for years. When Lil Wayne had to clarify in a recent interview that he considered himself the greatest rapper of all time, he went with a different response.
“I think I’m similar to Lebron,” Wayne declares throughout the conversation. He describes the parallels between them, such as how they were both early trendsetters who began at a young age and have continuously kept up their pace ever since. Fans appear to be supporting him in the comments section of a repost of the interview. “I’m not upset about it. He should have said it, according to one of the most popular comments. Two more comments concur: “I see no lies told” and “Wayne is the greatest lyricist.” See his entire comment from the interview below.
Lil Wayne Draws Comparisons to LeBron James
It’s nothing new for Lil Wayne to write lines about basketball players. Additionally, he has no problem offering commentary on the most current NBA issues. He offered his opinion on league affairs over the weekend during an interview on Undisputed. His two remarks drew a lot of interest from followers. First, he named Ja Morant—a teenage phenom known for his turbulent past—as the league’s future face.
He also made a contentious remark against Draymond Green. The Warriors guard’s third ejection of the season led to an indefinite suspension. Many online demanded that someone assist Green in resolving his anger management problems, but Wayne urged supporters to temper their demands. He asked people who are unaware of the whole issue not to mention in their comments that he is in need of assistance. Lil Wayne compared himself to LeBron James. What do you think?
