Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Christmas celebrations may have become more exciting after the Chiefs lost to the Raiders.
The Daily Mail reported that the “Anti-Hero” singer and her parents enjoyed the holiday at the tight end’s Kansas City, Mo., home with his father.
A source close to Swift, 34, told the magazine, “Seeing their families together on such a special holiday was the best gift ever for Taylor.”
“She’s never had this happen before and it made the holiday memorable for her.”
The insider added Kelce, 34, was “bummed” his team lost but is “at the point in his career where he does not let this get to him too much and is looking forward to the next game.”
A couple rep did not respond to Page Six’s attempts for comment.
Donna Kelce, Travis’ mother, was in Philadelphia supporting her son Jason’s Philadelphia Eagles but had planned to fly to Kansas City after the holiday to spend time with “family, friends and Chiefs fans.”
Before the Christmas Day game, Swift’s parents hung out with Travis’ dad, Ed, in the Chiefs suite.
Taylor and her parents wore Santa hats, while Scott wore a black and red puffer coat to support the home team.
The “Cruel Summer” singer’s brother Austin joined his family in the suite, but he wasn’t seen until he was on the jumbotron in a Santa Claus suit.
Swift has spent a lot of time with Kelce’s parents, but Christmas may have been their first meeting.
Ed told People magazine that Swift is “a very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman” whose intelligence “comes through right away,” while Donna told “Today” that meeting her “was OK.”
“I was in the boxes with her,” she stated October. “It’s another thing that accelerates my life.”
