Taylor Swift is supporting her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s NFL club on social media, and Kelce is responding with emojis.
Known for his red-and-white ensembles during Kelce’s games this season, the 34-year-old singer of “Lavender Haze” showed off a special Kansas City Chiefs bomber on Sunday, created by celebrity jacket designer Jeff Hamilton.
“Jeff Hamilton wore an off-white wool and leather Kansas City Chiefs jacket today to celebrate the team’s victory over the Bengals,” Hamilton captioned a video of Swift arriving at the New Year’s Eve game that was posted on Instagram.
Later, to promote the post, 34-year-old Kelce visited the comments section and shared several fire emojis, double high fives, and a like. Following his mention to Swift, fans showered him with over 3,000 likes and even a remark requesting, “Can you tell Taylor Swift I love her.”
Swift left the locker room following his game versus the Las Vegas Raiders wearing a jacket that mirrored his own Kansas City Chiefs outfit that he wore on Christmas Day, complete with a Santa hat. The “Tay-Tay” was embroidered in cursive next to one of the pockets on the “Karma” singer’s version, among other unique details.
Swift applauded and danced during the game, and the Chiefs emerged victorious as the season came to an end, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals 25-17 to win the AFC West division. This was a major victory following a number of inconsistent weeks. The music sensation and the Super Bowl 2023 MVP then exited the game together, as journalist Nick Wagner of The Kansas City Star posted a picture of them on Instagram.
Swift and the tight end were seen kissing later on Sunday as they rang in 2024. An spectator posted the little clip of video that was taken at a party in Kansas City on social media.
Swift, decked out for the occasion, had swapped her unique athletic coat for a shimmering minidress complete with stars and moon hair decorations, while Kelce was looking fierce in a maroon suit. According to Taylor Swift Style, a fan-run style blog about the singer, Swift’s dress looked to have been created by Clio Peppiatt, the same designer who created her 34th birthday garment.
This Christmas season, the couple went above and beyond, spending Christmas Day together. Swift supported Kelce during his team’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders from the stands.
Swift gathered her entire family, including her younger brother Austin, who dressed up as Santa for the festive match-off, and her parents Scott and Andrea Swift, for the special Christmas game.
