This is Taylor Swift’s Golden Globes year.
For her Eras Tour film, the 34-year-old singer is a nominee for her fifth Golden Globe at the 2024 event in the newly established Cinematic and Box Office Achievement category. Her opponents include The Suρer Mario Bros. Movie, Barbie, Mission: Impossible – Deаd Reckoning Part 1, Oppenheimer, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, The Suρer Mario Bros. Movie, and John Wick: Chapter Four.
Despite the fact that 2024 is undoubtedly Swift’s year, she has attended the Globes a few times previously, either on her own initiative or to commemorate with friends.

When Taylor Swift was nominated for best original song – motion picture for The Hunger Games’ “Safe & Sound,” she made her Golden Globes debut in 2013. She competed against other well-known musicians including Jon Bon Jovi and friend Keith Urban, but in the end Adele won the James Bond theme song, “Skyfall.”

Swift received another nomination the following year, this time for the One Chance theme “Sweeter Than Fiction.” After competing against Coldplay, Justin Timberlake, and the Һit song “Let It Go” from Frozen, she lost against U2, Paul Hewson, and Brian Burton for the song “Ordinary Love” from Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.
