The in-depth look at the most inspiring songs was done for 888Poker after one of its ambassadors, Alexandre Mantovani, talked about what he listens to before big events.
He said, “I always work out before I play so that I can be at my best and play for long periods.” Depending on the type of exercise I’m doing, I like to listen to rock and hip-hop music.
A few other well-known encouraging songs are “Can’t Hold Us” by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, “Run” by Snow Patrol, and “Forever” by Drake, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem.
One more playlist has the song “Beast – Southpaw Remix” by Rоb Bailey and The Hustle Standard on it.
Eminem’s “Not Afraid” and Fort Minor’s “Remember the Nаme” (with Styles of Beyond) also do.
It was also found that Kanye West’s “Graduation” is the most inspiring record, as it was included in 23 playlists.
This tune got more votes than “Recharge” by Fearless Motivation and “The Eminem Show” by Eminem, which came in second and third.
When asked about the 888Poker study, Dr. Michael Bonshor, a music psychology teacher at the University of Sheffield, said, “We all have different musical tastes and personal connections with certain songs or types of music.” This can change how motivating they are for us.
Researchers have found that the music we choose to listen to is more likely to motivate us than the music other people choose for us. It’s not going to get us to do anything if we don’t like the song!”
