21 Sаvаge: ‘Gucci Mane makes me hate Young Jeezy more and more’

21 Sаvаge said that when he was a young Hip Hop fan, he took the figҺt between Gucci Mane and Jeezy very seriously and wasn’t afraid to pick a side.

21 talked about his early love of rap in a chat with Shannon Sharpe that aired on his Club Shay Shay podcast last Wednesday (January 24). He said that he sided with Gucci during their long-running figҺt.

“To be honest, because I grew up on the East Side, Gucci made me hate Young Jeezy as a kid,” the “a lot” rapper said.

He also said that Gucci’s frequent shouting out of Atlanta’s East Side, where Sаvаge grew up after coming to the U.S. from the UK as a child, made the “Lemonade” rapper a folk hero in that area.

“Gucci made a big difference.” It had to be Gucci. “He made the East Side famous,” Sаvаge said. “I used to think, ‘Man, fucƙ Jeezy!'” “N-gga, I’m from the East Side!””
