This Sunday at the Grammy Awards, Taylor Swift could become the first person in history to win Best Album of the Year four times.
The 34-year-old singer has won the award three times before, for Folklore in 2021, 1989 in 2016, and Fearless in 2010. She is tied with Frank Sinatra, Paul Simon, and Stevie Wonder for most awards.
But now Taylor’s newest record, Midnights, is up for the coveted award that could make her famous.
SZA, Oliva Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, Jon Batiste, Janelle Monae, and Boygenius are also up for Best Album.
Taylor’s song “Midnights” is also up for five other awards, such as Best Song, Record of the Year, and Pop Solo Performance.
There will also be a wide range of amazing acts for both audience members and viewers.
There are performances planned by U2, Burna Boy, Dua Lipa, Luke Combs, Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, Travis Scott, and Billie Eilish.
This year is also the first time that folk music legend Joni Mitchell has ever performed at the Grammys. She is also up for an award for Joni Mitchel AT Newport [Live], which is a folk album.
