In order to begin her Australian leg of the Eras Tour, Taylor Swift has arrived in Melbourne.
Arriving from Honolulu, Hawaii, and with the flight number VJT993, Swift landed at 12.50 a.m. local time.
The pop artist flew aboard an opulent private aircraft, the Bombardier Global 6000, which can carry up to 17 people and has a maximum range of 6000 nautical miles.
Swift’s first concert in Australia since 2018 is in two days, giving her time to recover from her jet lag.
Swift always has a busy schedule, but lately she has been especially busy since she had to come back to the US from Tokyo over the weekend to see her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play in the Suρer Bowl.
Swift and her all-star entourage watched from the stands as Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in overtime to win back-to-back crowns.
With over 123 million viewers, Swift’s attendance at the game increased its appeal even though she was hardly ever seen on TV. This was the largest televised athletic event in American history.
Swift welcomed the cameras in Las Vegas, where she had avoided them somewhat throughout the playoffs. She drank an entire cup of bееr while the audience applauded (mainly), then slammed it down in front of her.
Swift gave her fan-hoped season-ending climаx to her whirlwind romance when she raced onto the pitch after the game and kissed Kelce in front of the cameras.
Kelce turned to face Swift and said, “Come here, girl,” after giving his mother, Donna, a hug. The kiss followed, which inevitably caused a furor on the internet.
Swift was heard telling Kelce that the game was “the craziest thing” she had “ever experienced” and that it was “unbelievable.”
There was also a certain amount of amusement when, evidently overcome with joy, Kelce got on stage to join his friends in celebrating, singing along to Viva Las Vegas and FigҺt For Your Right (To Party!) as she looked on.
While some viewers thought Swift had given in to Kelce’s passionate moment, others believed she was choking back happy emotions. In any case, it was an unforgettable experience.
Swift’s voyage to Australia, where thousands of fans will swarm the Melbourne Cricket Ground on February 16 and 18, began just a few days after her brief return to the US. She will then do a performance at Sydney’s Accor Stadium on February 23–26.
With more than 600,000 tickets sold, her tour is predicted to bring in hundreds of milliоns of dollars for the Australian economy.
Later, Kelce stated that the couple was “on top of the world right now” and that their relationship was in “a good feeling” at a press conference held after the game.
Swift made history at the Grammy Awards earlier this month by becoming the only person to ever win Album of the Year four times, prior to her performances in Japan.
