Ice Spice shares Taylor Swift’s motivational Words: ‘I’ll never forget that’
Ice Spice told everyone about some advice she got from Taylor Swift and said she would always remember it.
In an interview with Billboard that came out on March 4, the “Munch” rapper talked about some advice her “Karma” co-star gave her.
During their time together in the studio, Ice said, “I’ll never forget that.” No matter what, she told me, “Just keep making music, and everything will be okay.
“Ice also talked about what she needs to start working on her first record. She said that a good beаt is the most important thing for her.”Begin with a really tough beаt.
“I will keep going to the next one if the beаt doesn’t move me right away, like if I can’t feel the beаt of the speakers,” she said. “But as soon as I know, I’ll be sure I beаt them.” From there, it’s up.”When asked about her favorite top 10 song of 2023, the “Deli” rapper also talked about her friendship with Nicki Minaj.
“Because I thought ‘Princess Diana’ was already my best song on [Like], it didn’t do well at the charts or anything until Nicki joined the song.
I was so happy that the song did well on the charts and was a big part of culture. At the same time, my dream collaboration came true.
“Since they worked together on “Karma” last year, Taylor and Ice have been getting closer as friends. Soon after that song came out, the two sat next to each other at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards like they were best friends.
In an interview with Variety, Ice Spice talked about how the collaboration came about and what the two of them were laughing about at the VMAs.
“That’s my sister.” “We talked about a lot of things,” she said. “She’s really funny. We were drinking a little something. “Just chatting and chilling.”
The collaboration happened after Ice told her team how excited she was about Swift’s 2020 documentary Miss Americana.
She said, “What I learned from Taylor’s documentary is that you have to work hard and that things won’t always be easy.” “My boss heard me talking about that, so she told her team, and they came up with a song for me.”
