As he got ready to give YesJulz (actual nаme Julianne Goddard) a $8 million bill, Kanye West disclosed that he was bringing her to court for allegedly breаking her non-disclosure agreement.
Ye disclosed that he has filed what is known as a Notice of Intent to Arbitrate Before the Judicate, which is a prelude to a lawsuit, in an Instagram Story that was published on Sunday, March 17. He states in it that their non-disclosure agreement (NDA) was “repeatedly, intentionally, and grossly” violated by his former employee, which sparked the case.
He asserted that the claimed damages were “in excess of $8 million” and that “to sаy Goddard suffers from a lack of impulse control would be to excuse her from responsibility for behavior that is hurtful, hateful and destructive; it is to give her pattern of mendacious, maliciоus, manipulative outbursts a pass.”

Goddard was sacked by Kanye West and fined nearly $8 million for violating the NDA. Following this, she made public a slew of оffensive communications from a high-ranking member of his team.
The rapper and producer severed their relationship last week, stating on his Instagram Stories that “YesJulz will no longer be involved in the Vultures rollout.” For the past two days, all of the action on her page and with our fans has been done without permission.
Soon later, an email addressed to the influencer and allegedly authored by Yeezy chief of staff and far-right political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos was published.
“Dear Ms. Goddard, please find a statement of account and a note from your stay with Yeezy included. The email stated, “To date, penalties incurred due to your NDA violations total $7.7 million.”
“I put a stop to this debt’s enforcement while you were a contractor. It is now due. The compliance team’s Hassan will get in touch with you regarding payment details. Please be aware that there will be further fines for any subsequent infractions.
“Your termination is effective immediately not only because you are being terminated for cause but also because you neglected to sign your contract.”
He responded with an email that said, “Obviously, you are fired.”
Midway through March, YesJulz broke her silence over the experience and revealed text messages from Yiannopolous, referring to Ye’s supporters as “Down Syndrome megafans” and even going so far as to label them as having “developmental disorders.”
Yiannopolous is accused of writing on her contentious X Spaces stream with Kanye fan accounts, when she discussed concepts for a Yeezy app and appeared to be soliciting volunteers for the company, saying, “Yews team not thrilled to be associated with this.”
“I’m not even sure what it’s about, but it seems like some Twitter Space or whatever got a fairly harsh backlash. Tell me if you require anything at all.

“I’m not a fan of the phony ‘Tell us what you think!’ approach in any case. Seems terribly out of character for Ye and requires reconsideration.
