According to a new complaint filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday by a former employee, Kanye West allegedly made inappropriate remarks and displayed behavior around Yeezy colleagues.
In the lawsuit that Page Six was able to receive, Trevor Phillips claims that the former music mogul who is now the founder of a private school showed staff members pictures of her in her underwear and even performed a mock in front of him once at a meeting at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, California.
The former employee claims that when he initially arrived at the hotel, West was celebrating Adolf and spreading theories about the Jewish community. The employee was employed by Yeezy to cultivate cotton for a kids apparel line and food for an ultimate self-sustainable community.
When Phillips called Zoë Kravitz, who was watching TV at the time, “pretty,” West is said to have responded to his then-employee by saying, “You look like Zoë Kravitz,” in an attempt to deflect the discussion.
The rapper from “All of the Lights” apparently explained, saying, “Yeah, you look like her. However, not in that manner. You’re attractive in a Lenny Kravitz kind of manner,” Phillips said, but the remarks nonetheless made her feel “uncomfortable.”
According to the lawsuit, Phillips then states, “A few moments later, while lying flat on the bed and staring up at the ceiling, Kanye began to make slow up and down motions with his hand just above his genitals – as though he was .”
The Yeezy CEO allegedly told the former employee, “I used to have every day – at least two-to-three girls,” after that. I can’t even lay down these days without jacking off, man.
The lawsuit claims that West, 41, “forcefully and dramatically” grabbed and pulled the other hand “making the masturbatory gestures away from his crotch” with one hand.
He then allegedly said, “I got to keep my hand away from my phone to keep me away from looking at pornos,” according to Phillips, who claimed to be “totally shocked and distraught” by what he had seen.
West allegedly FaceTimed the female acquaintance with whom the “Flashing Lights” rapper had allegedly “flaunted pictures” to Yeezy crew members, according to the whistleblower.
Phillips claimed that West made her feel “troubled and uncomfortable” once more by saying, “Next time I see you, you better make sure you are wearing the lingerie and the shoes I got you.”
Luckily, West’s purported urge was “interrupted” by Nobu room service.
According to Phillips, he “felt a duty to his schoolchildren, including his younger brother and also daughter who both attended Donda Academy, not only to educate them but also now insulate them,” which is why he stayed at the hotel till one in the morning.
