The old residence of Kanye West is for sale!

According to PEOPLE, the rapper is once again asking $3.699 million for his former Hollywood Hills residence.

The house is close to West Hollywood and the Sunset Strip and features views of the beach and city from every room. It is listed with Myles Lewis at Compass.

West, 44, is said to have paid $1.8 million for this house at the start of his career, and he owned it from 2003 to 2017. He even briefly shared it with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian during the years he owned it. According to Dirt, the pair then moved to a Bel Air mansion in 2013, but they retained the house as storage for Kardashian’s excess clothing.

The current owner, Don Hankey’s son Rufus Hankey, purchased the Hollywood Hills property for just under $3 million when it was sold in 2017.

The multi-level house is 4,200 square feet in size with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Situated directly below Mount Olympus and somewhat above Hollywood Boulevard is the gated, private estate.

The master bath features a soaker tub adjacent to a picture window for outside views, with a chandelier hаnging above. The second level houses the main suite. There is another bedroom with a deck on the second level as well.

Meanwhile, the lower level boasts a light-filled third bedroom with a deck, a large family area, and a cinema room with a large screen.

The kitchen is not what one would consider a traditional kitchen; rather, it is a counter that resembles a bar top that has an oven and burner.

The former couple’s Hidden Hills home, which they bought in 2014 along with “all finishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances’ collectibles, silver and art currently located in said Residence,” was acquired by the 41-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star for $23 million as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE last week.

News of Kardashian’s purchаse of the Hidden Hills house, meantime, breaks a month after a real estate source informed PEOPLE that West, who last week officially changed his nаme to “Ye,” paid about $60 million for a beachfront home in Malibu.
