Following his Thursday, May 2, performance at The Garden Restaurant & Bar in Dallas, Ross posted a message on Instagram thanking everyone who had sent him prayers and showing worry for his safety.

The “Hustlin” rapper continued his statement, saying that he had to make an em ergency landing after seeing a fighter jet shoot at his private plane. In jest, Ross stated that the fighter plane belonged to Drake, the 37-year-old artist with whom he had recently broken up.

But on Thursday, May 2, Federal Aviation Administration representatives emphasized that the jet had just become stuck in the grass after touching down at Arlington Municipal Airport.

“A Gulfstream G-5 business jet’s left main gear got stuck in the grass while taxiing after landing at Arlington Municipal Airport in Texas around 6:30 p.m.,” the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement.
