Designed by Southern California’s de Loren & Associates, this project features luxury yacht-inspired architecture with a strong emphasis on wellness. When it first hit the market in 2019, Santiago Arana, Managing Partner at The Agency, described the home as “a true triumph in design, crafted for its residents and guests to embrace a healthy lifestyle and enjoy special moments.” The agency team also highlighted the mansion’s impressive attributes during its initial listing.
Despite its wellness-oriented features, Travis Scott’s home is undeniably a party paradise. Spanning three levels, the 17,000 square feet of living space includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and three powder rooms.
Travis Scott made a splash in real estate when he teamed up with Kylie Jenner to purchase a $13.5 million Beverly Hills property, which they still co-own.
In June 2020, the Astroworld rapper shelled out $23.5 million in cash to acquire a sprawling estate in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
