Rapper Kendrick Lamar recently acquired a $10 million penthouse in Brooklyn, offering sweeping city views for his close-knit family

Kendrick Lamar, the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper who recently captivated audiences at Lollapalooza in Chicago, was spotted searching for a new home in New York City earlier this summer.

Among the properties he explored was a $9.85 million condominium in Brooklyn Heights, located in Quay Tower, where Zendaya also owns a unit, according to Gimme Shelter.

The expansive four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse spans 3,533 square feet and features a private high-speed elevator that opens directly into the apartment’s foyer. The residence boasts impressive floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbour, and Downtown Brooklyn.

The building offers a range of amenities, including a rooftop terrace, outdoor barbecues and fireplaces, a fitness center with a boxing area created in partnership with Gleason’s Gym, a children’s center, a music room with a baby grand piano, a pet wash station, and a concierge service.

A representative for Lamar, who has won 17 Grammys and received 30 additional nominations, did not respond to requests for comment. Reports indicate that Lamar and his team visited the property.
