Get to see what does Floyd Mayweather’s newly acquired $18 million opulent mansion in Miami Beach feature?

Floyd Mayweather Jr., the retired boxing champ, has invested $18 million in a breathtaking new waterfront property in Miami Beach.

The modern three-story mansion is situated on the exclusive, guard-gated Palm Island, an area where the average home price hit $21 million in July—a 200 percent surge from the same period in 2020, as reported by realtor.com.

Mayweather’s purchase, made through a Nevada-based LLC he oversees, is a testament to his financial success. Forbes named him the highest-paid athlete of the decade in 2019, with earnings totaling $915 million over ten years.

According to the listing by Dina Goldentayer and Ana Viyella of Douglas Elliman, his new home, which spans 10,853 square feet, boasts unobstructed views of the city skyline, passing cruise ships, and picturesque sunsets.

The nine-bedroom estate is designed for both indoor and outdoor living, featuring an indoor movie theater, a gym, a game room, a spacious entertainment area, smart-home technology, and an elevator. The interiors are neutral and contemporary.

Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace, a pool, a four-car garage, and a private dock suitable for 100-foot yachts.

Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty represented Mayweather in this transaction.

This new acquisition adds to Mayweather’s impressive real estate collection, which includes a $10 million mansion in Las Vegas purchased in 2018 and a $26 million French Modern-style estate in Beverly Hills bought in 2017.

Mayweather, who earned a featherweight bronze medal at the 1996 Olympics, retired in August 2017 with an unbeaten record. His representatives have yet to respond to requests for comment.
