After spending most of the previous year in a rented mansion in Hollywood Hills with his former girlfriend Denise Bidot, Lil Wayne has chosen to establish a permanent residence in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, the rapper has acquired a luxurious estate in Hidden Hills for $15.4 million. This exclusive, guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley is home to a number of celebrities, including Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and several Kardashians.
Lil Wayne’s new home is situated directly across from The Weeknd’s $22 million mansion in Hidden Hills, which has been on the market since last summer and remains unsold.
The property, built in 2019 by a local developer, features a sprawling 10,000-square-foot main mansion and a separate, smaller guesthouse on a lower level. The estate spans over three acres of landscaped grounds, with olive trees and rolling lawns. It is enclosed by white picket fences and horse trails, reflecting Hidden Hills’ equestrian heritage, where many residents keep horses on their properties.
The house boasts large windows in nearly every room, flooding the interiors with natural light. The breakfast room has walls of windows overlooking the courtyard, while the family room features glass sliding doors that open onto a patio.
Additional amenities include a sleek wet bar with a flat-screen TV, a fitness center with French doors leading to a loggia, and a movie theater with a starry ceiling akin to that of a modern Rolls-Royce. Outside, there is a full kitchen and BBQ area serving expansive al fresco dining and entertaining spaces, as well as a sports court and a negative-edge pool with an integrated spa.
