The couple is considering relocating from New York to Los Angeles for increased privacy. The remarkable property, located at 454 Cuesta Way in Bel Air’s exclusive East Gate neighborhood, has recently undergone an extensive renovation and is being offered off-market for $135 million. Along with eleven bathrooms, the estate boasts a fifteen-car garage, a spa equipped with a steam room, sauna, and hot tub, a media room with potential for a recording studio, and numerous other high-end amenities.

The Irish firm McKillen Developments, known for its work on London’s prestigious Connaught and Berkeley hotels, undertook the extensive renovation, with acclaimed architect Paul McClean behind the visionary design, which has been described as an architectural masterpiece. “The home is beyond words,” a real estate insider shared with Pix, noting that no expense was spared during its construction.
