The Wild ‘n Out host, Nick Cannon, who is expecting his seventh child, quietly purchased his mansion in 2018 after initially renting it. This information, revealed exclusively by The Sun, shows that the luxurious property is currently under the name of Nick’s LA lawyer, who had rented the home for $11,000 a month back in 2015 following Nick’s divorce from Mariah Carey.

 

 

 

 

According to reports from TMZ at the time, Cannon bought the home to ensure his twins, Monroe and Moroccan, now ten years old, could live away from the public eye.

Nick’s mother is said to have assisted with the interior design of the sprawling six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate, located in the serene Saddle River neighborhood, about an hour from New York City.
