Discover the breathtaking $36 million Bellevue mansion owned by Russell Wilson and Ciara, featuring an impressive two-story treehouse

Super Bowl-winning former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and renowned fashion model and R&B singer Ciara have listed their blufftop mansion in Bellevue, Washington, for an impressive $36 million.

The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, who is also a dedicated entrepreneur and philanthropist, and Wilson, who was once the NFL’s highest-paid player earning around $35 million annually during his last years with the Seahawks, are looking to significantly profit from the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. They acquired the properties in separate transactions, first in 2015, just before their wedding, and then in 2019, for a total of $13.4 million.

The parcels are also available individually, with the main house listed for $28 million and the separate lot containing a garage and sports court priced at $8 million. Together, these parcels span nearly 1.9 beautifully landscaped acres that lead down to 270 feet of prime Lake Washington shoreline. The extravagant main house, built in 2007, offers stunning views of the city and water.

This residence boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms, spread across just over 11,000 square feet on three levels, accessible via a dramatic circular staircase with wrought iron accents and an elevator.

Notable features include a grand foyer with a 20-foot ceiling, two formal dining rooms, and a black-painted library/office. A space with a groin vault supported by fluted Corinthian columns separates the great room. On one side, there’s a spacious kitchen featuring intricately carved bone-white cabinetry and a 14-foot doublewide island.

Throughout the home, you’ll find antique carved wood doors from Southeast Asia, at least four elaborately carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay offering expansive views of the lake and the Seattle skyline.

The master suite is designed in various shades of purple velvet, from plum to violet and eggplant, while the lavish bathroom includes a garden tub and cedar sauna to take advantage of the blufftop views. However, it’s the 200 square feet of custom closet space and the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” that truly elevate the suite’s luxury.
