Inside Drake’s lavish YOLO mansion, he and his friends celebrate and party over the night

Drake sold his YOLO mansion in Los Angeles for $12 million.

This luxurious mansion, spanning approximately 12,500 square feet, includes lavish features such as a mechanical bull and a pool complete with a swim-up bar, embodying the hip-hop star lifestyle in the celebrity-filled area of Hidden Hills.

According to the listing by Branden and Rayni Williams of Beverly Hills Estates, which referenced the “you only live once” motto, the YOLO estate is described as an incredible resort-style home located in the highly exclusive, guard-gated community of Hidden Hills. This English Tudor-style mansion, situated on a private cul-de-sac and surrounded by equestrian trails, perfectly blends rustic charm with modern amenities.

PropertyShark records indicate that Drake purchased the home for $7.7 million in 2012. The artist, known for hits like “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sеxy,” first listed the estate for $14.8 million in March. It went under contract in early May.

Mansion Global could not identify the buyer as the sale records have not yet been made available.

The main house features include beamed ceilings, six fireplaces, a recording studio and lounge, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a tasting area, all accessible via a stone bridge. The master bedroom suite, measuring about 2,000 square feet, boasts seating and a bar area, a bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and entry through wood-paneled bookshelves.

The listing also highlights the pool area, which includes an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, and several televisions, in addition to the swim-up bar. Additional amenities include stables, a sand volleyball court, and a tennis/basketball court.
