Lupita Nyong’o and Selema Masekela recently unveiled their relationship and celebrated by purchasing a multimillion-dollar home in Los Angeles for the holidays.
Their custom-built mansion, located in the scenic Topanga Canyon—a Malibu-San Fernando Valley enclave—was designed in 2014 and cost around $4 million. The modern steel, glass, and cement structure sits on nearly two acres of lush, wooded land at the end of a secluded one-way street. Offering over 4,000 square feet of living space across three levels, the home features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking ocean, hillside, and canyon views.
The spacious living room, complete with a fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to a large balcony, and the wet bar-equipped dining room are standout features. The gourmet kitchen boasts bamboo cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high-end appliances from Viking, Wolf, and Sub-Zero, alongside an eat-in island.

A lower-level media room and family room comes with its own entrance, wet bar, and a bedroom currently used as an office. Outside, the beautifully landscaped grounds include a dining area, fountain, fire pit, and a commercial-grade BBQ kitchen, ideal for entertaining. Additional amenities include a two-car garage and a parking area that accommodates up to 20 cars.
