Rick Ross is set to purchase a $37.5 million estate that boasts over 9,700 square feet of living space, as reported on July 19 by Realtor.com.
As noted by TheRealDeal.com, Diddy, who recently shared an Instagram photo gifting his soon-to-be neighbor a golf cart, will be one of several A-list celebrities residing on the same island as Rick Ross.
The mansion, which was built in 1992, is being sold for $37.5 million, a significant markup from the $4.6 million the previous owner paid in 1999.
In 2014, Rick Ross also bought a massive property previously owned by boxer Evander Holyfield. Located in Fayetteville, Georgia, the estate spans 54,000 square feet, sitting on about 300 acres of land. Ross paid $5.8 million for the sprawling property, which includes 25 bathrooms and 109 rooms. Known as “The Promised Land” by his fans, Ross has decked out the mansion with lavish furnishings, including Versace tableware and Fendi furniture. The estate also features an indoor basketball court, theater, bowling alley, and gaming room, offering plenty of space for entertainment.
